Breaking 3A- News: Playoffs begin

From spring training to the last out of the regular season, it has been the goal of every GM, team, manager and player to reach the M3L Low A playoffs. They all aspire to win baseball's Holy Grail, the 3L R Championship title. Now, for the elite teams, the first steps of that journey begin in earnest with the 3L R Championship starting today. The opening playoff series will pit these teams against one another:
Long Island Ducks vs Ballard Beavers.

3A- News: Regular Season ends

The 2063 season has come to a close and the playoffs will commence in a few days. The qualifying teams are gearing up for the so-called "second season" that determines the M3L Low A title. Soon there will be only two clubs left in the running, and they will be matched up in the 3L R Championship. Then there will be only one -- the new league champions.

Long Island Wins Menard's Low A Crown

Fans of the Long Island Ducks are certainly optimistic regarding their team's chances to become 3L R Championship champions, after it became official that the club has won the Menard's Low A.
"I think our fans think we're the best team in the league and you know what? Our guys think the same thing," said shortstop Terrence O'Loughlin. "We've got a real good chance to take this title."
It would be the 3rd championship for the club, which has won the Menard's Low A title for the 4th time.
Manager Cody Blackburn said he has spent many years in pro ball, but there's "just something special" about his current group of players.
"This team has got what it takes to be a champion," he said.
