Pandas Lose By a Run at Las Vegas
|
In a low-scoring tilt between the Las Vegas Flamingos and the Montana Pandas, Paul Ramsey, who is tied for 8th in the SL in innings pitched with 57.2, was the difference-maker. The Las Vegas right-hander spearheaded the 3-2 win. Las Vegas's record now stands at 22-18, placing them 4th in the Silver League.
Ian Stanley went 1-2 against the Pandas. With the game tied in the bottom of the sixth inning, he hit a sacrifice fly that put Las Vegas in front, 3-2.
"We had the right guys up at the right times," said Montana manager Andrew Schupick. "We just didn't cash in."
