Foster Leads Warheads to 6-1 Win over Puffer Fish
|
Bob Foster, who is tied for 4th in the SA- in innings pitched with 98.1, imposed his will on the Puffer Fish from the get-go. Relying mainly on his slider, the right-hander spearheaded the 6-1 Amarillo triumph. The Warheads, at 35-34, sit in 6th place in the Silver Low A.
Foster, the Amarillo right-hander, went 8 innings, allowing 1 run on 5 hits. He collected 8 strikeouts.
