Maine shortstop Xiu-tou Ou-yang contributed significantly to his team's 5-2 win over the Philadelphia Liberty U-21. Ou-yang, who leads the SA- in triples with 5, went 3 for 4 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Sea Dogs. Patrick Cook picked up the win, improving his season record to 2-1. He struck out 4 in 7 innings. Bret Travis recorded the save, his 1st.

Ou-yang contributed in the bottom of the second. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a run-scoring triple. It was one at-bat among others that helped Maine get the win.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Ou-yang. "And not try to do too much."
