Watford City registered a win at Ballpark of Henderson by beating the Amarillo Warheads, 5-2. Pitcher Roberto Becerra was one reason why the Trash Pandas triumphed. The winner was Becerra. He threw 7.0 innings of 3-hit ball. The loser was Matthew Hamm. The Trash Pandas sport a record of 26-45.

António Moreno came through for Watford City when he hit a run-scoring single in the top of the fifth. With runners on 2nd and 3rd, he hit a two-strike slider to center field, staking his team to a 1-0 lead.
