The Quebec City Baby Blues captured an easy win, 17-3, over the Capital Hill Interns at Alouettes Ballpark. Bob Gilmore led the offensive barrage, going 2-for-3 for Quebec City. Quebec City sits at 7-8.

A critical at-bat came in the top of the eighth inning when the Baby Blues sent 21-year-old right fielder Juan Ramírez to the plate with the bases loaded. The youngster shook off the pressure and hit a grand slam home run, to put Quebec City on top, 17-1.

"Nervous? No," said Ramírez. "It was my time to shine."
