The Watford City Trash Pandas powered past the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish, 8-0, at Trash Panda Field. Guarçia Solano hit 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice, to lead the charge. Jorge Gonzáles, the winner, improved to 5-9. He held the Puffer Fish to no runs on 4 hits over 6.2 innings, while striking out 7 and walking 1. The Trash Pandas improved their record to 30-51 by beating Plattsburgh.

With Watford City leading 4-0 in the bottom of the eighth, Solano hit a 3-run home run off Plattsburgh hurler Ruud Asmus. It was the 9th home run of the season for Solano and put his team ahead, 7-0.

"They just got us," said Plattsburgh manager Mike Carlisle, "and that's all I can say."
