Beavers Need Extra Frames to Get Past Crossbeaus
The Northwest Territory Beavers picked up a win at The Target, downing the Beaumont Crossbeaus, 5-3, in 10 innings. On the mound for Northwest Territory was right-hander Marcus Thomas, who played a pivotal role in the win. Júlio Herrera came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed 2 runs on 4 hits in 2.2 innings. His record now stands at 4-3. Northwest Territory leads the Silver Low A by 8 games.

Júlio Manuel provided a timely hit. The Northwest Territory shortstop delivered a 2-run triple in the top of the tenth inning to put the Beavers on top, 5-3. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.
