The Quebec City Baby Blues went home winners at Dylan Park, thanks in large part to starter Ricardo Arroyo. Arroyo stifled the Ladue Rams, enabling Quebec City to grab the 4-0 win. Júlio Migueles picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Don Finley suffered the loss. With the win over Ladue, the Baby Blues improved to 12-9.
In the bottom of the eighth, Quebec City shortstop Daniel Eglinton hit a run-scoring single to left field. The clutch hit made it 1-0, Baby Blues.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Eglinton told the Quebec City Times.
