Sea Dogs Park hosted a real pitchers' duel.
The Plattsburgh Puffer Fish used a great performance from Mark Moore, who is tied for 8th in the SA- in complete games with 1, to beat the Maine Sea Dogs, 2-0, at Sea Dogs Park. After today's action, Plattsburgh sits at 46-41, while Maine falls to 32-55.
Moore, a native of Andover, Minnesota, was dealing all game. He kept Maine hitters off-balance, while giving the Puffer Fish 8 quality innings. Moore threw 106 pitches, allowing 4 hits and striking out 5.
