Harbor Whales Tag Interns with 3-2 Loss
|
The Greenport Harbor Whales picked up a win at Ballpark of Robbins, knocking off the Capital Hill Interns, 3-2. Starting pitcher Gerald Tate was a big reason why. With the win over Capital Hill, the Harbor Whales improved to 14-8.
Doing his part for Greenport was left fielder Terence Fisher, who stroked a run-scoring single in the bottom of the first. For the game, Fisher was 1-3 with a walk.
"Tough loss," said Capital Hill manager Kyu-cheol P'yo. "But we'll rebound from it."
