The exploits of left fielder Chris Blanchard, who is tied for 2nd in the SA- in home runs with 17, helped the Shady Side Zoomies defeat the Watford City Trash Pandas, 9-0. Blanchard was 4 for 4 with 2 home runs, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 4. The Zoomies raised their record to 43-46.

With Shady Side leading 1-0 in the top of the fourth, Blanchard hit a cutter from Roberto Becerra for a 2-run home run. It was his 17th home run of the season and put the Zoomies ahead, 3-0.

"We didn't put our best foot forward tonight," said losing manager Mike Hunt.
