The Toronto Thunder picked up a win at Thunder Field, dropping the Boston Patriots, 3-2. Devin Hancock was the difference-maker. Andrew Stockton wrapped it up, recording his 2nd save. The win gives Toronto a record of 9-7.

Dylan Bettinson had a critical at-bat with one out in the bottom of the seventh for Toronto. He came through with a run-scoring single to put Toronto in front, 3-1.

"It was just a matter of executing," said Toronto manager Jordan Smith.
