Toros center fielder Mauk Olthuis left his imprint on his team's 5-4 win over the Amarillo Warheads. Olthuis hit 2 home runs for Tijuana in the contest. Reliever Michael Duffy picked up the win. His record improves to 3-3. Nukie Barerra took the loss. The last-place Warheads dropped to 32-59.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Olthuis hit a fastball from Nukie Barerra for a solo home run. The Toros, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

Tijuana manager Derek Jones called it "a pretty good win."
