The Flint Crush eked out a 3-2 win versus the Napanee Express at Paints Ballpark. Nobody did more than pitcher Jesse Mitchell. He was terrific. Greg Bradford sewed up the save, his 5th. The victory gives Flint a record of 15-9.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Chi-young Yuen? The Flint left fielder had a run-scoring single in the top of the fifth inning to put the Crush on top, 1-0. For the game, Yuen had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"If we keep winning the close games," Yuen said, "we'll be in good shape at the end."
