The Napanee Express trumped the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish, 5-3, at Paints Ballpark. Napanee first baseman Dimacali Lontok was terrific. He was 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Napanee reliever Luis Vargas snagged the win, upping his record to 1-1. Tony Camacho shouldered the loss. The Express now have a record of 18-10 with the win over Plattsburgh.

Lontok had a timely hit for Napanee in the bottom of the sixth. With Napanee trailing 1-0, he turned a 1-1 fastball into a 2-run home run. It was his 6th home run of the season, making it 2-1, Napanee.

Napanee manager Dan Bond called it "a good, solid win."
