Interns Get Hard-Earned Win
Despite a great performance by Moose Jaw right fielder Jaime Salas, the Capital Hill Interns defeated the Canucks by the score of 7-6 at Foresters Stadium. Salas went 3 for 5 with a triple and a double, while scoring 2 times. Doug O'Esmond earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 3 hits in 2.1 innings.
