The Plattsburgh Puffer Fish picked up a win at Plattsburgh Park, dropping the Quebec City Baby Blues, 6-2. Patches Magickbeans, who is rated as the 46th best prospect by BNN, was the difference-maker. The Puffer Fish now have a mark of 21-14.

Ekata Sasthi drove in one run for Plattsburgh. The 19-year old shortstop had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fourth. With no one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring ground out off António Martínez. It was his 13th RBI of the season.

"It's always nice to be on the winning side," Sasthi told the Plattsburgh Daily News. "But we take nothing for granted."
