Ducks Post 4-1 Win Over North Ft. Myers

The Long Island Ducks picked up a win at Dodge Field, knocking off the North Ft. Myers Gators, 4-1. On the mound for Long Island was right-hander Ellis Jackson. He played a key role in the triumph. Jackson, now 2-2, was the winner. In 6.1 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 3, walking 3, and allowing 1 run. Tim Manning closed the door for Long Island, picking up his 8th save of the year.
