A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Flint Crush and Tijuana Toros.
Arthur Shelton batted in 4 runs to lead Flint to a win over Tijuana. The final score was 5-0. Shelton chipped in with 2 singles and 1 home run. Doug Edwards earned the save for Flint, his 4th of the year.
In the top of the third, with the game still scoreless, Shelton hit a run-scoring single to put his team in the lead.
"We played a good game and came out on top," said Shelton.
At 26-18, the Crush find themselves in 4th place in the Menard's Low A.
