Greenport Harbor Whales starter Brooks Brown pitched a strong game against the Napanee Express at Ballpark of Robbins, leading the Harbor Whales to victory, 3-0. Miguel Ortíz closed the door for Greenport, picking up his 2nd save of the year. Greenport now owns a record of 27-20.
Brown, now 7-2, scattered 5 hits over 8 innings for the Harbor Whales.
"Brooks really held it together well," said Greenport manager Mike Brown.
