Quebec City Gets 5-1 Win
|
Baby Blues catcher Yoshimi Sato left his imprint on his team's 5-1 win over the Ladue Rams. Sato went 3 for 3 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for Quebec City in the contest. Quebec City occupies 7th place in the Menard's Low A at 28-31.
Quebec City used the hitting of Fernando Salinas to pick up the win. The shortstop clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Baby Blues on top, 3-0. For the game, Salinas had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
