Plattsburgh Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
The Plattsburgh Puffer Fish eked out a 3-2 win versus the Napanee Express at Plattsburgh Park. Nobody did more than pitcher Luke Kipling. He was terrific. Plattsburgh reliever Ron Jewell snagged the win, upping his record to 3-0. Norm Sizemore shouldered the loss. The Menard's Low A-leading Puffer Fish are 45-16.

A crucial at-bat came with the bases loaded and two out in the bottom of the seventh inning. That's when left fielder Nick Tobías drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Puffer Fish went on to win.

"Luke did a heck of a job," said Plattsburgh manager Allen Carlson.
