Harbor Whales designated hitter Yen-nien Choi left his imprint on his team's 9-4 win over the Moose Jaw Canucks. Choi went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for Greenport in the contest. At 38-27, the Harbor Whales claim 4th place in the Menard's Low A.

Wladimir Wemerman had a big run-scoring double for the Harbor Whales in the top of the third inning. With Greenport leading 1-0 and a runner on 2nd, he got a fastball from 20-year old right-handed pitcher Thierry Mary and swatted a double to left. It was his 9th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Harbor Whales ahead, 2-0.
