Pandas Nipped by Cattlemen, 3-2

Starting pitcher Seung-gwan Kim gave the Ft. Worth Cattlemen a rock-solid effort. The Namyangju, South Korea native helped his team defeat the Montana Pandas, 3-2, at The Cattle Pen. John Allen got credit for the save for Ft. Worth. It was his 17th of the year. The Pandas, at 25-26, have lost 4 in a row.
Ft. Worth took a 3-2 lead on Stanford Logan's 10th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Logan hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Montana pitcher Dan Collins visibly frustrated.
"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Logan said after the game.
