Angel Kitties Earn Late 2-1 Win
In a well-pitched game between the Bethlehem Angel Kitties and the Moose Jaw Canucks, pitcher Lee Kennedy was superb. The Bethlehem right-hander helped his team win, 2-1. The winner was Rafael González in relief. His record improves to 3-7. Arjen Stenissen took the loss. Bethlehem currently is in 9th place in the Menard's Low A at 37-44.

Bethlehem got a clutch hit from Carroll Thompson. The shortstop socked a 2-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was game-ender.

"Really good pitchers have that ability to raise their game when they need to," said Bethlehem manager Zach Stafford.
