The Napanee Express beat the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish, 4-1, at Paints Ballpark. The Express got a fine performance from first baseman Dimacali Lontok, who went 2-4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Napanee is now 33-51.

Lontok had a big hit for Napanee with one out in the bottom of the fourth. With Napanee leading 1-0, Lontok hit a 2-run home run. It was his 20th home run of the season and put the Express up, 3-0.

"We need better swings, better at-bats," said losing manager Allen Carlson.
