Harbor Whales Get Clutch Win Versus Ladue
Greenport registered a win at Ballpark of Robbins by beating the Ladue Rams, 4-3. Pitcher Dan McFarland was one reason why the Harbor Whales triumphed. Miguel Ortíz was called on to finish, recording his 23rd save. With the victory, the Harbor Whales upped their record to 51-35.

Greenport went up, 4-3, on Yen-nien Choi's 9th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Choi hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Ladue pitcher Avery Hess shaking his head.

Choi told a Greenport Observer reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
