Rafael Sardiña made an impact in the 8-3 Maine win over Ellesmere Island. Sardiña, who is tied for 4th in the 3A- in extra base hits with 41, was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Jeremy Clarke, the winner, improved to 8-2. He held the Snowpeople to 3 runs on 6 hits over 6.1 innings, while striking out 4 and walking 0.
