Getting offensive support from Fa-tang Sun, the Ogallala Octopi topped the North Ft. Myers Gators, 10-2. Sun hit 3 home runs, while adding 7 RBI and scoring three times for the Octopi. The Octopi improved their record to 45-49 by beating North Ft. Myers.
With Ogallala leading 1-0 in the bottom of the first, Sun hit a fastball from Andrew Johnson for a 2-run home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Octopi ahead, 3-0.
"In baseball, you have your ups and downs," said North Ft. Myers manager Felipe Palazzola. "You just try to stay level-headed the whole time."
