MSL Buffalo Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
In a low-scoring tilt between the MSL Buffalo White Walkers and the MSL Panama City Piranhas, Finlay Midwinter was the difference-maker. The MSL Buffalo right-hander spearheaded the 3-2 win. MSL Buffalo reliever Mick Ditka was the winner. His record is now 1-0. The losing pitcher was Mouloud Akinshegun. The loss makes MSL Panama City 1-1.

In the bottom of the ninth, with two out and the game tied, 2-2, right fielder Juan Torrez won it for MSL Buffalo. With the bases loaded, Torrez hit a 1-2 fastball from José García for a run-scoring single, giving his team the 3-2 win.

"We'll just keep our nose to the grindstone," Midwinter told the MSL Buffalo Daily News.
