MSL Seattle Gets 6-5 Win Versus MSL Toronto in 10
|
MSL Toronto first baseman Gerardo Ramos had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 6-5, to MSL Seattle at MSL Seattle Ballpark. Ramos went 2-4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. MSL Seattle reliever Randy Howard snagged the win, upping his record to 1-0. Michael Duffy shouldered the loss. MSL Seattle is now 2-0.
The Rocketeers got a clutch hit from first baseman Yasuoka Shini. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Rocketeers.
In postgame remarks, Shini said: "I'm proud of our guys, of their fight."
