White Walkers Top Rainbow Mermaids in Extras, 7-5

The MSL Buffalo White Walkers beat the MSL Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids, 7-5, in 12 innings. MSL Buffalo pitcher and Vilnius, Lithuania, native Tosya Yagudin led the way. The win puts MSL Buffalo at 2-1.
The climactic moment came in the bottom of the 12th for MSL Buffalo. That's when 18-year old second baseman Shinji Kokawa hit a 2-run home run off Robert McQuhirr to win the game. The home crowd erupted in celebration.
"I was just taking it batter by batter, just enjoying the moment," said Yagudin.
