Rocketeers Deal White Walkers 6-5 Loss
Though he had a stellar game, José Muñóz could not prevent his team, the MSL Buffalo White Walkers, from losing, 6-5, to the MSL Seattle Rocketeers. Muñóz was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Miguel Arroyo, now 1-0, was credited with the win in 2.2 innings of relief. He allowed no runs on no hits, while striking out 2 and walking 1. Randy Howard closed the game out for MSL Seattle, earning his 2nd save.

MSL Seattle went up, 6-5, on Reginald Libbinga's 3rd double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Libbinga hit in the top of the tenth, left MSL Buffalo pitcher Tom McClendon feeling deflated.

"If we keep winning the close games," Libbinga said, "we'll be in good shape at the end."

The win gives MSL Seattle a record of 5-1.
