Genovese Helps Stingers Defeat Billy Goats, 7-1
MSL Toledo first baseman Onfrio Genovese helped his team beat the MSL Colorado Billy Goats, 7-1. Genovese went 3 for 3 for the Stingers. MSL Colorado is 3-6 after the defeat.

Gabriel González hit a 2-run home run off José Valdéz in the bottom of the fourth, which put the Stingers ahead, 3-1. In addition to the homer, González had 1 double, while going 2 for 3.

"Solid performance from our side," said Stingers manager José Pinto.
