Voodoo Need Extra Innings to Top Rocketeers, 6-4
Extra innings were needed to determine a winner at MSL Seattle Ballpark.

MSL Seattle got a valiant performance from pitcher Dale Cochrane, but it wasn't enough to beat the MSL New Orleans Voodoo. MSL New Orleans won the game, 6-4. Cochrane threw 7.2 innings of 5-hit ball for the losing team. The victory puts MSL New Orleans at 4-6.

MSL New Orleans needed the clutch hitting of Jorge Rojas to notch the win. The right fielder hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the 11th inning to put the Voodoo on top, 6-3. For the game, Rojas had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"Baseball is such a beautiful game," said Rojas. "Anything can happen on any night, and that's why you don't dwell on what happened yesterday. Just look forward and trust you're going to have positive results."
