Kingfishers Grind Out 2-0 Win
In a low-scoring tilt between the MSL Pittsburgh Kingfishers and the MSL Toledo Stingers, 16-year old right-handed pitcher Tae-cho Hong was the difference-maker. The MSL Pittsburgh right-hander spearheaded the 2-0 win. In 5 innings, Hong surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 1. He allowed no runs. Kelile Sassi finished to wrap up his 4th save.

The game was on the line with two out in the top of the eighth inning, but Trent Flynn didn't flinch. With a runner on 1st and MSL Toledo trailing 1-0, Flynn retired Otto Skulstad to end the threat. "Nothing to it," said Flynn, with a wink.
