The MSL Panama City Piranhas defeated the MSL Montana Pandas, 7-1, in USPL Mexican Summer League action at MSL Panama City Ballpark. MSL Panama City pitcher Danny Crabtree had a standout performance. Crabtree, now 2-1, was the winner. In 5 innings, he gave up 2 hits, while striking out 8, walking 1, and allowing 1 run. MSL Panama City is now riding a 3-game win streak.
Matt Askin helped his team take an early lead with a 2-run single. It came in the first inning, making the score 2-0, Piranhas.
"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Askin told the MSL Panama City Today.
