Rocketeers Win, 5-2, Versus MSL New Orleans
The MSL Seattle Rocketeers faced a tough opponent in MSL New Orleans pitcher José Salazar, but did just enough to pull out the victory at MSL Seattle Ballpark by a final score of 5-2. Salazar went 7 innings and allowed 1 run. The winner was MSL Seattle reliever Miguel Arroyo, now 2-1. The loser was Stu Spiker. Ignacio Cortés picked up his 2nd save of the season.

MSL Seattle took a 3-2 lead in the bottom of the eighth inning, when Hsin-ta Sun hit a clutch 3-run home run to bring Rocketeers fans to their feet.

After the game, MSL Seattle manager Ricardo Téllez applauded the team's effort. "We put some good AB's together," he said.

The first-place Rocketeers have a one-game lead in their division.
