Jeff LaPierre never let the Patriots get in a groove. The left-hander used his bread and butter, his sinker, to pitch the White Walkers to a win, 2-0. With the win, MSL Buffalo pushed its record to 6-5.
In the bottom of the third inning, designated hitter Jong-hoo P'i had a run-scoring double for MSL Buffalo. It was his 3rd double of the season and put the White Walkers on top, 1-0.
"Winning never gets dull," said LaPierre.
