Grey Wolves Stay Hot With 3-0 Win
|
Pitching was the name of the game in a tight contest between the MSL Vancouver Grey Wolves and the MSL Greenville 84s. MSL Vancouver won it, 3-0. MSL Vancouver starter Edgardo Cuellar was in command. MSL Vancouver has now won 8 straight, while the 84s have lost 3 in a row.
The Grey Wolves grabbed the lead in the top of the fourth. With one out, Lao-che Zhu, who is tied for 6th in the PMSL in runs scored with 7, hit a solo home run off Avirama Subhendu, putting MSL Vancouver in front, 2-0. For Zhu, it was his 4th home run of the season.
"I like how we're playing right now," said Zhu.
