Yuan Chia had a strong outing for the MSL New Orleans Voodoo against the MSL Seattle Rocketeers at MSL Seattle Ballpark. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 4-3 win. The first-place Rocketeers now sit at 8-4.

MSL New Orleans used the clutch hitting of William Kirby to capture the win. The center fielder drilled a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Voodoo ahead, 4-3. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.

Chia told the MSL New Orleans Herald: "I'm the straw that stirs the drink."
