Patriots Pull Out Late Win, 3-2
The MSL Boston Patriots beat the MSL Colorado Billy Goats, 3-2, in part because of designated hitter Bogdan Ernst. He was 2-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. Bang Liu snagged the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits over 2 innings. He's now 1-0 on the season. MSL Boston is now 6-6.

A key at-bat in the game came in the top of the seventh inning when the Patriots sent teenager Ramón Díaz to the plate against Billy Goats hurler Travis Boggs.
