The MSL Mexico City Blue Demons racked up a win at MSL Blue Demon Ballpark, bumping off the MSL Toronto Thunder, 10-0. Victor Soto, who started for MSL Mexico City, pitched effectively for his team. By defeating MSL Toronto, the 4th-place Blue Demons improved to 7-5.

Helping the MSL Mexico City cause was Tim Witney. In the bottom of the second, the 16-year old first baseman had a run-scoring sacrifice fly to make the score 2-0, Blue Demons.

"I'm trying to keep it simple," said Soto. "Just do my job."
