MSL Vancouver Makes It 10 Straight with 2-1 Win
|
MSL Vancouver got a first-rate effort from pitcher José Silva, who frustrated MSL Boston hitters en route to a 2-1 Grey Wolves triumph at MSL Vancouver Ballpark. Quan Situ notched the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 3 innings. His record now sits at 2-0. The first-place Grey Wolves have won 10 in a row.
Kel Edwards took Aryaman Bhaskar deep in the bottom of the eighth. His solo home run put the Grey Wolves on top, 2-1. In all, Edwards had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.
"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Edwards told the MSL Vancouver Observer.
