MSL Seattle 6-2 Losers to Patriots

The MSL Boston Patriots picked up a win at MSL Seattle Ballpark, knocking off the MSL Seattle Rocketeers, 6-2. Starting pitcher Cai-fei Teng played a key role in the triumph. Teng got the win, improving to 3-1. He gave up 5 hits and walked 1 over 7.1 innings. He allowed 1 run. MSL Boston is now 9-6.
Rory Carr was a prime contributor to the MSL Boston win. He was 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk. In the top of the sixth with two out, the 18-year old left fielder hit a run-scoring single. It made the score 2-0, in favor of the Patriots.
"I think we did a good job of looking for pitches we wanted to hit and put good swings on them," said MSL Boston skipper Arvi Fufachev.
