Voodoo Continue Hot Start to Season With Win
Pedro Gómez left his imprint on the 10-1 MSL New Orleans win against the MSL Boston Patriots. Gómez, who is tied for 7th in the PMSL in total bases with 40, was 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. John Mustard, who leads the PMSL in innings pitched with 42.2, was the winner. He's now 6-0. The loser was Ernan Kayabya. MSL New Orleans has now won 3 in a row.

The Voodoo picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.

Gómez told a MSL New Orleans Observer reporter that he was "gratified" with the win.
