Kingfishers 5-2 Victors Over MSL Boston
MSL Pittsburgh starter Alfredo Ramos pitched well against the MSL Boston Patriots at MSL Pittsburgh Ballpark. The right-hander led his team to a win, 5-2. The 4th-place Kingfishers are 9-9.

The Kingfishers got a big hit from designated hitter Mario Maldonado. In the bottom of the sixth, Maldonado smacked a 3-run home run off MSL Boston pitcher Bob Baird. It was his 1st home run of the season. Suddenly, the Kingfishers were ahead, 4-2.

"Another day, another win. On to the next one," Maldonado told the MSL Pittsburgh Times.
