In a tight contest between the MSL Hollywood Shredders and the MSL Colorado Billy Goats, Daniel Delfinado was the determining factor. The MSL Hollywood right-hander sparkled in his team's 2-1 win. Delfinado, now 3-1, was the winner. In 7 innings, he gave up 4 hits, while striking out 6, walking 2, and allowing 1 run. Picking up the save was 17-year old left-handed pitcher Ashley Kearney.

MSL Hollywood used the timely hitting of Chi-seong Ping to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Shredders on top, 2-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Daniel did a good job keeping the game under control," said MSL Hollywood manager Ricardo López.

After today's action, MSL Hollywood sits at 9-9; MSL Colorado slips to 6-12.
