MSL New Orleans Tacks 4-1 Loss on MSL Mexico City
Carlos Camacho pitched well, but the MSL Mexico City Blue Demons still lost the game, falling, 4-1, to the MSL New Orleans Voodoo at MSL Blue Demon Ballpark. Taylor Upshaw earned the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits in 4.1 innings. His record is now 1-0. The setback makes MSL Mexico City 9-11.

The Voodoo took advantage of an error in the top of the eighth inning. MSL New Orleans was leading 2-1 when Domingo Valentín hit a 2-run single that was misplayed. It put the Voodoo in front, 4-1.

"This team is capable of getting on a roll," said MSL New Orleans skipper Bill Richmond.
