White Walkers Pick Up 4-1 Win Against MSL Seattle
|
The MSL Seattle Rocketeers were defeated, 4-1, by the MSL Buffalo White Walkers at MSL Buffalo Ballpark, even though Take Markus pitched well for MSL Seattle. Scott Park recorded the save, his 4th. With the win, MSL Buffalo pushed its record to 10-10.
Rommel Salvan had a big 2-run home run for the White Walkers in the bottom of the fifth inning. With MSL Buffalo trailing 1-0 and a runner on 2nd, he got a slider from Take Markus, who is tied for 9th in the PMSL in innings pitched with 40.2, and swatted a home run to right. It was his 2nd home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the White Walkers ahead, 2-1.
"It was a good effort all around," said Salvan.
